My skyrim game keeps freezing before the game even loads?

Can anyone please help? My partners skyrim game keeps freezing before the game even loads yet the game works on my profile and every other profile??? (xbox360) I've even played 20 more hours then him?? Any suggestions please

if your disk isn't ring scratched (the scratch all the way round) then just install the game onto your harddrive and when you play the game (dont forget you still need the disk in) it should be fine
