Skyrim the best option for new gamers?

I got an Xbox for Christmas along with the game Skyrim, the majority of you should know what it is. I'm new to the gaming world, and I've only played games for Wii. The other day while I was playing Skyrim, my brother told me that it would be hard for new gamers and it's not the best choice for starters. I really like the game and it's not to challenging. I'm only 12 and also a girl, but the blood and gore doesn't bother me at all. Do you people think it's the best choice for new gamers?Skyrim the best option for new gamers?
Don't listen to your brother, I think it's fine. You can take the game at your own pace and figure out what works for you. Also you can change the difficulty any time you want, even in the middle of a fight. It's a good game whether you're new to gaming or not, or whether you're casual or hardcore. Just play it and have fun. :)
Skyrim is a great game but it can be a little complicated at times. The game has hours and hours of Game play the game itself isn't hard and it is easy to play. But the game goes in depth and there are a lot of things that you can do which you wont know how to do which also might make it difficult. It is one of the best starter games ever! It is always good to start with a game that doesnt have an online multiplayer feature so you can get some real action. Skyrim also allows for you to play at your own pace and is good since you can learn a lot about what pace you like to play at so you can know what games to get in the future. Still waiting on the holo-deck to be invented so that I can play the Elder Scrolls in a holo-deck! (would be way to cool for 99% of the worlds population to handle for more then 2 seconds due to the pure epicnees that will await them!)

I started with doom 2 and wolfenstien back in the day when i was a kid.



skyrim though is a brilliant game to play beginner or no, it will spoil you though, you'll love a narrative and great story more then anything later on and get disappointed in games that don't deliver those things, such as MW3 or BF3.Skyrim the best option for new gamers?
depends on the player, some people just dont have the patience and just cant understand the concept of the game, some ppl like you can take it on easily, thats good. (also try not to reveal ur age online and that ur a girl, many bad ppl out there, im a guy i know)
