Does the level you play in skyrim affect how good the items you find are?

if you play the game on novice mode does that mean you will find less good items as you would in master mode? or vs?? or what if you play most of the game on an easy level till your skills are high then switch to master does that change anything or any outcomes?Does the level you play in skyrim affect how good the items you find are?
nope the difficulty you have the game on only affects combat nothing else the items you find in chest will get better the higher you level is and shops sell better things when your a higher level.Does the level you play in skyrim affect how good the items you find are?
